Role:

COMMUNICATION MANAGER

Female | Kolkata Candidate Only | WFH → Hybrid

Your Responsibilities

1️⃣ Client Handling

  • Handle client calls and meetings

  • Respond to incoming enquiries

  • Represent the agency professionally

  • Pitch our services with confidence

  • Follow up in a structured, respectful manner

  • Ensure smooth onboarding for every client

  • Maintain regular communication with existing clients for updates, feedback, and ongoing requirements

2️⃣ Internal Coordination

  • Communicate project details clearly to the internal design team

  • Track task status and ensure deadlines are maintained

  • Share client feedback accurately and promptly

  • Maintain structured documentation of work, revisions & approvals

3️⃣ Marketing Support

  • Assist with content planning for the agency

  • Create UGC-style videos when required

  • Represent the agency confidently on camera

  • Support social media and marketing activities

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication in English (spoken & written) + Hindi (spoken) with clear articulation

  • Strong professional writing skills (emails, proposals, business communication)

  • Excellent verbal communication & interpersonal skills

  • Confident on camera for marketing, UGC, and brand-related appearances

Compensation & Structure

  • Starting salary: ₹15,000 per month

  • Performance-based growth

  • Opportunity to learn and build a career in the media/design industry

  • Work-from-home initially

  • Must be open to shifting to the South Kolkata office when required

  • Full-time only — no side hustles
