CLIENT RELATIONS EXECUTIVE

Female | Kolkata Only | WFH → WFO After April

About the Role

I am hiring a Client Relations Executive to handle lead communication, onboarding & client coordination.

This role requires confidence, clarity and strong English communication.

Your Responsibilities

1️⃣ Lead Handling

  • Respond to incoming enquiries

  • Call & qualify prospects

  • Send relevant documents

  • Conduct Google Meet discussions

  • Convert warm leads

2️⃣ Outreach

  • Cold reachout where required

  • Pitch services confidently

  • Follow up professionally

3️⃣ Client Onboarding

  • Ensure smooth onboarding

  • Handover clients to internal team

  • Maintain lead tracking sheets

4️⃣ Marketing Support

  • Basic UGC content creation

  • Camera presence when required

Skills Required

  • Degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field

  • Fluent in English (spoken & written) with clear articulation; working proficiency in Hindi & Bangla

  • Strong professional writing skills (emails, proposals, business messages, client communication)

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

  • Confident and comfortable on camera for marketing, UGC, or brand-related appearances

Compensation & Structure

  • Starting salary: ₹12,000 per month (Training Period)

  • Performance-based growth after qualification

  • Opportunity to scale up to ₹40,000 per month based on performance, conversion ability, and consistency

  • Work from home initially

  • Must be willing to switch to office (Kolkata)

  • Growth opportunity with performance
